Experiential, team-based workshop that begins with self-assessment (diversity of thinking, purpose, mindfulness, improv for cognitive flexibility), a crash course on human-centered design / design thinking and is infused with negotiation strategy and networking tips. The program, developed and led by NIMBLE's founder, takes participants from idea inception and validation to product design, prototyping, and pitching to VCs and other investors with input from members of our team of 35 executive leaders who serve as mentors.
